Remember, remember the 5th of november.

I V for Vendetta yesterday with Melvin, Rebecca and Mike. It's certainly a movie you must not miss for all you people aged 16 yrs and above. (The show happens to be NC-16.. sorry kids) If you haven't watched the show and intend to watch it, don't read on cuz i'm about to give my own personal review on it.

Overall, I'd give the movie 4 stars... It has it's fair share of twists in the story and the action is cool. The acting is superb i'd add... V's power of english is astounding. I bet all the cheenafied people in the cinema were like staring at the screen and going along the lines of "what he say ah?" The humour in the movie takes abit more of a profound mind to understand and once again I must comment on the cheenafied ppl (they'd probably start laughin when the smarter ones start laughing and they won't have a clue about what they're laughing at) The only disappointing this is that you don't get to see the true identity of V but by the way the story was going i bet V wasn't much to look at under the mask anyways.

On another note, the movie makes you think about the good and bad of terrorism. Terrorists are radicals who uses terror as a political weapon. So basically anyone can be a terrorist if they have the backing of the people cuz one quote from the show will definitely strike everybody "people should not fear their government, the gonvernment should fear their people" Which in actual fact is true... take Singapore for example, if one day we decide to overthrow the governemnt due to a huge tax increase (i hope it doesn't happen) we will be able to do it. The government compared to the people are but a small insignifiicant stain on a big table and they know it. However, in the show, the governemnt were being terrorists themselves because they used fear to govern their people. So in the end, the terrorist V was good to bring liberty to the people. I guess in life, we gotta look at things from different perspectives and make our decision ourselves rather than listening to all the propaganda and making a judgement on that basis.

It's a deep show ain't it? heh.... well i guess it'll be deep to a few people... (don't get me started again) haha... oh yea i heard a new "your mama" joke.

"Your mama so fat that the kids ran around her for PE"

Alright it's off to gardens for me.... i'm totally broke but i guess there's no harm slacking there. The air's free...
